If you have forgotten your registration number for EAMCET, I would suggest you to check you mail inbox and message box of your registered mail Id and phone number. There are chances that you must have received the confirmation or registration mail which might contain your registration number. Other than this, you can also check your payment receipt of you EAMCET payment, it might also include your registration number.

If you are still not able to retrieve , I would suggest you to contact the authorities either via mail or phone.
