MAHCEt will be conducted on March 9, 10 - 2019. The applications will open around January and the deadline to apply is close to february. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
Based on the above rules, MAHCET does not discrimate between students from any other state also. Everyone will have an opportunity to write the exam. However, colleges through MAHCET may have additional points for Maharastra students. So you will have to score relatively higher being a non-local.

Eligible candidates from all over India can apply for MAH CET exam 2019, however, the relaxation pertaining to marks is applicable to Maharashtra State applicants only.
