You should apply IIM INDORE IPM COURSE OF 5 YEARS

You can take another drop and prepare for JEE mains. Every student is permitted to attempt JEE (Advanced) twice but he/she can appear for JEE (Mains) thrice.

There are plenty options other than JEE.

• BITS Pilani is in fact better than NITs and new IITs as per expert opinions.
• State level engineering colleges These exams are easier than JEE Mains or Advanced. A person who has prepared well for JEE, must be able to crack these tests.
• VIT, SRM,Manipal
• IISER - Admission is through KVPY AND OTHER schemes. See if you are eligible by any scheme.
• Degree in top colleges. degrees from top colleges like St.Stephens,  Loyola etc are very prestigious.
• NEST exam for science degrees,
• Private engineering colleges. There is no dearth to private engineering colleges in India. Lookout for good ones and join them, if you are too adamant on engineering degree
