If you want to apply for B.com  you can apply without maths but for hons maths is compulsory and its also depend of different2 institute admission criteria.

You can check institute to get there selection criteria for B com Hons.

Under DU you must have maths as core for the Honours title else you can do normal Bcom. However there are colleges out there independent who allow bcom honours withou maths but require certain replacement subjects. That you'll have to check with the college. As for bahubali college of engineering,hassan i was able to find only engineering courses like btech. Howevr i suggest you to contact them and enquire about the optional subject instead of maths they would need during admission
