Well right now the only wise advice would be to register for April mains and prepare well. If you haven't written the January paper, then go write it simply just for the sake of knowing what to expect. Make note of the time it takes to solve the paper and work on your time management skills.
Use the next three months wisely and crack the april test. This is your best option.
