sorry to say but you can't get collage through josaa because you have to first clear the jee mains.

JOSAA 2018 (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) holds all the events for those students who qualify JEE mains and JEE advanced exams. All the events regarding counseling seats are organized by them. All the candidates who qualify JEE exams are supposed to register at JOSAA which along with choice filling begin from June and will happen throughout the month. Introduction to JOSAA 2018

Following are the basic details about JOSAA 2018:

• Unlike last year, there are allotments of 2 mocks this year that is for the years 2018 and 2019.
• Last year the number of institutes which participated in JOSAA was 93 and this year the participants have increased to 97.
• For the admission year 2018-19, one GFTI and 3 IIITs have been included.
• There will be 7 counseling rounds this year whereas, there were 6 last year for the allotment of seats.
