No, if you did not qualify in the Sainik School Entrance Exam , you cannot apply for the regular admission counseling , because only qualified candidates are eligible for admission counselling.

You can try next year or explore other schools that don’t require the exam.

I candidate who has not qualified the AISSAC, is not technically allowed to participate in the Counselling process and get an admission. Counselling is a process which is exclusively for the qualifies candidates in which a separate merit list is generated through which students secure admissions. It is altogether NOT POSSIBLE to do this. The application will be rejected once you are applying into the Counselling, because your score card is asked in it and it STATES you as a person who is not qualified for the given exam.
