You need to have cleared NEET for admission in any health science course, even if you apply under management quota.

Are you asking for Private colleges?  The counselling will be conducted by the respective counselling authorities & for private colleges you need to apply Indivisually, The admission criteria of private colleges can varies state to state also. If you didn't qualify the exam then you will not be eligible to get admission in Government college but you can contact to the private colleges if they allow you.

Please explain what is your NEET score.
