Yes, you can go ahead and pursure Philosophy Honours even if you haven't studied it in 12th grade. However, in some universities like University of Delhi there's is a percentage deduction but in most cases you just have the clear your 10+2.

Thats ok if you are not doing it in your 12th as it is not available in most schools, wheras,BA Hons Philosophy is an undergraduate Philosophy course. The duration of this course is 3 years which is divided into six semesters. Candidates who have passed H.S.C. examination , the 12th examination or Intermediate examination in any stream from a recognized board are eligible for this course.Thats all the requirements you can pursue it after 12th.
