I am not wearing business casual dress code in cognizant interview so how many chance's for rejection in interview ?

Dear Aspirant,

As you might be knowing that wearing casuals while going for an interview is highly recommended by many but in reality it's not the main factor which makes you resume fall on rejected category perhaps if you believe you that you gave best in your interview by providing appropriate answer to the HR I no more think that your dressing effect your Chances of selection.

Afcourse it sometimes depends on kind of HR you're dealing with if he/she is fixated on appearences then probably you have high Chances of getting rejected and yes it's a rare case most of the HR's are friendly with candidates this days.
