Hi,

AIIMS is considered as one of the toughest exam in the country for admission into mbbs degree.

A score of 115-125 to be in the safe zone.

However the cutoff marks can't be predicted accurately since it tends to change every year.

I would suggest try to score as much as possible.The more the score the better shall be your chance.
