According to last year cutoff, OBC NCL has cutoff of 74.31 percentile.
If the cutoff remains the same than you will surely qualify for JEE Advanced. Still you are on the boundary and cutoffs may not be the same as earlier so you may or may not qualify because cutoffs vary every year.
According to the formula (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100 your expected rank is coming out to be AIR 199177 and it can vary as the number of students writing the April attempt is expected to increase.
You should work hard for the April attempt to get good marks and get good colleges and obtain a reputable score to surely qualify for the Advanced Exam.
