Congratulations for these marks. 

There are two things 

1 - state of eligibility 

2 - gender.

With these marks you may not get any iit bbut since yiu are a girl and that tso reserved category you are having good chances for it. Government is planning to increase the participation of girls in NITs so you may get a seat probably in NITs.

Congrats for clearing your JEE Mains and making it to JEE Advanced.

For older IITs such as IIT B, IIT Delhi, IIT KGP, IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Guwahati, you should have All India Rank below 3000. If you have a rank between 3000 to 5000, you can hope for new IITs.

This time JEE advanced was slightly tougher as compared to last year. So the cutoff might fall. The cutoff for OBC NCL is expected to be between 75 -85. So you securing 105 marks seems on the positive side. Once the ranking comes it will get more clear to you.

Firstly Jee Advance cutoffs 2019 has not been declared yet . But looking at the last year cutoff its apparent that you would get into IIT . Again it clearly depends upon this year's cutoffs.

Taken into consideration the students response after exam and exam level ; 105 marks may be not sufficient to get good iit .

But the result is not declared ; I would suggest you to wait for the results and exact rank before taking any random decision because it can be fluctuate as like in 2017 . After that we can predict something that you will get IIT or not.
