As you know that cut off depends upon no. Of students appearing , level of exam etc.
So its really hard to say or determine the cut off without the exam even being held.

Also, in a broader scenario , you have to score atleast above 550 to get a govt. college. Your reservation quota is going to help you but its not gonna be too much helpful , so you have to work hard by yourself and make this possible for you
