As you have scored 72.4 percentage in your class 12th and you are from Bihar board, you are eligible for Jee mains examination.

According to the Eligibility criteria for jee mains 2022 :

• Students should have passed the 12th class or qualifying the exam in 2020 or 2021.

• Candidates appearing in 12th class or equivalent qualifying exams in 2022 can also apply.

Here are the details regarding the percentage criteria for students appearing in the JEE mains examination for class 12th examination- For the candidates belonging to the general category – students must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in their class 12th board exams or they must rank among the top 20 percentile in their qualifying examination for getting admissions in IITs, NITs, IIITs and other CFTIs.
