You can very well participate in the counselling of NEET or AIIMS or JIPMER, if you are asking that. You should have the passing marksheet and certificate at the time of counselling, that is all. So, if you have received the reverification result and now it reflects pass in your 10+2, then it will not create any issues in your eligibility during the counselling.
