Hey Mustafa! Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains is conducted every year and is a entrance exam for JEE Advance. According to the National Testing Agency (NTA) the candidates can participate in the entrance exam for 3 consecutive years. The exam will be conducted twice a year, they may appear in both the attempts. The attempt for an academic year will be considered as One. Hope this may help you.

JEE mains gives you only 3 attempts starting from the year you passed your 12th since you have passed 12th in 2017 so you had attempts in 2017, 2018, 2019 now you don't have any attempts left.
