EAMCET is Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test only for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. If you belong to any of this state you can definitely join any engineering, Agricultural or medical college through this exam.

If you want to do your graduation in Engineering sector I would prefer you to attempt JEE 2022 which is a All India level entrance exam for engineering. After JEE if you attempt JEE advanced exam you can join NIT or IIT .

If you want to join medical field, you can go NEET 2022 exam which is a All India level medical entrance exams. If you get selected you can do MBBS/BDS from a medical college.
