Hey Vineet,
Well just start with your basics and have a build your concepts well. All you need to do is devote your time completely in studies and give your best. And if you ask about the books then you can start studying from NCERT books as they contain most of the good matter and then you can continue with other reference books as they would make your preparation more better .

AND FOR PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY IT SHOULD BE MS CHAUHAN
FOR PHYSICS HC VERMA IS BEST
FOR MATHS U SHOULD PREFER ARIHANT AND RS AGGARWAL BCZ THE PAPER OF MATHS IS ALWYS TOUGH
