I'm really sorry but bro you can't apply for BCECE it's a state level exam and you need a domicile of Bihar to appear in exam... If you have the domicile of Bihar you can apply for it...hope it helps good luck bro

A BCECE is a state level exam therefore it is only for Bihar state candidates and only they can apply for the exam.
And as you are from Delhi , so you are not eligible for it.
