Hi, The options you had mentioned have different career prospects and scope.
HR event management can be mostly an option oif you work in organisations or even if you plan your own. Also International Management can be helpful in your set up in future. Also travel and tourism can be a different career overall.
one thing is common for all is travelling and hectic schedule because you will be interacting with people, and you shall require convincing skills as well.
You can choose International management which includes your import/expert  etc because market is big enough.
Though all fields has scope but for international management can give you options globally if you develop the skills.
So MBA in international Management is what I suggest.
