That's a great call. Assuming that you are currently pursuing your bachelor's or master's, the Bachelor of Education has much scope than you actually know. For that, you have to clear the MAH B.Ed CTET as a qualifying exam for most of the colleges in Maharashtra, also it's mandatory too. And it's a two-year program with four full-time semesters. Fees range from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 depending on whether it's a self-financed or government-aided college.
You should have an average mark of 50 percent; it's necessary to hold either a bachelor's or a master's degree for further processing. If you are an engineering candidate, you should have an average of 55 percent.

This is very good decesion if you want pursue teaching.Want to make changes in society. Yes doing it from Maharashtra is also very good thing but during b.ed you start preparing for teaching exam.so that you utilise your degree in best way possible.
Remember pls give mhcet exam and sit in councelling.
