You need not to remember all the legal maxims, just learn the ones which are important from the examination point of view. As now hardly a month is left for CLAT, i would suggest you not to waste much of your time on legal maxims. You can learn the ones which have came in the past year papers. Do at least 10 past year papers for all the subjects and you will be done . If you still feel that you need to learn more , you can have a look at the mock test papers or do just the legal maxims questions of past year papers. Don't waste much time on it as it constitues hardly 6 marks, do concentrate on other subjects as well. The most you can do right now is the past year papers.
