If you are preparing for JEE exam, then your whole concentration should be on your exam only. Sometimes, having too much friends just wastes your time. But if you are not feeling right, then you must give yourself a rest. You can contact your school teachers if you want to talk to them. They will guide you. And also, as you are saying that you are not so much connected with your tuition teacher. So, study well in your tuition classes. Ask doubts from your teacher. Take their guidance. Surely by this way you will get connected to them.

And your main focus must be on your studies. If you want to get in top colleges like IIT's and NIT's then you have to work very hard. So, focus on your goal and start preparing for it. Solve previous year question papers of JEE. Give mock tests and follow some good author books.
