Undoubtedly, JEE mains and advanced is the toughest examination for engineering.
It not only requires concentration and consistency but also requires smart study.
You might be facing this problem because you tend to solve more and more problems.
First things first, try to understand the concept deeply and do regular revision of your concepts.
Start with solving basic questions related to that concept. After that make set of around 30-50 questions of particular chapter with varying difficulty level (from easy to difficult).
Solve and practice only these questions regularly until you master it. Revise these same questions again and again. Finally practice past year questions from that chapter and summarize everything related to it.
And if you are left with some extra time ,you can try other questions.
This method will possibly help you to manage you time and go from level jee to advance.
Don't forget to revise concepts.
