The eligibility for NEET says that you must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent exams with physics,chemistry and biology and english as a core subject.So yes if you have completed these subjects and also english as core one then you can surely fill up the registration form of NEET and give the examination.It is a tough competitive exams.Study hard.
