I have completed 12th with English chemistry biology mathematics but physics as a 4th subject am I eligible for neet?

The eligibility criteria for NEET is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Since Physics was your additional subject, you will not be eligible for appearing in NEET examination. One must have 50% marks in PCB in order to be eligible (OBC/SC/ST - 40% and Pwd- 45%).
