I am pursuing Mechatronics engineering can I get admisson in aeronautical/AEROSPACE engineering.

Hey,

Yes, you can pursue M.Tech. in Aerospace engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering after completing UG in Mechatronics. The only criteria for admission are having good GATE score which can help you in bagging a seat in prestige institutions.
 
Your GATE score will matter while taking admission in any college. Also, an undergraduate from Mechatronics will help you in getting specialization in many fields of Aerospace like you can pursue in propulsion, combustion, avionics and many other.
 
You should not think twice about pursuing your future in Aerospace.
