It's totally your choice. Although the best option would be to go along with your class 12th stream, a course which you have good basic knowledge of and can easily go through the material at a later point in time when you have to start your preparation for UPSC.

However, it also depends on the course you think guarantees a good chance of cracking the exam. For example, lot of students go for History Hons or Political Science particularly because the material and content is easily available, plus there is a lot of guidance regarding it.

After 12th class,you can opt for any graduation program.

You can go for B.A or B.sc

Both are good in their fields.

If you are interested in doing B.sc ,do that.

It depends upon your level of interest.

B.A honors in language may help you with getting a job of translator and courses like psychology may open future career aspects.

It depends what was your stream in class 12th . if you were from science stream then you should go for Bsc , and if you were from humanities then you must go for BA. Opting your course as per your stream will make it more easier for you as you will be having a good hold on your subjects.
