As you get registered in first round you don't need to register again. Second round counseling for up state will start from 20 Nov. Document verification and security deposit will in between 24 Nov to 27 Nov. So you can get your documents verified and deposit security money on the above given date.after that you will able to participate in choice filling and locking for second round.
