It will be advisable to you if you can do that, some reporting officers strictly adhere to instructions without seeing the context. Generally, most people report to reporting centers in their states and thus officers regularly encounter the same format of the certificate as is prevalent in your state. Most probably it won't create a problem but it is still advisable if you can get it signed in the prescribed format.
Talking about myself, my OBC-NCL certificate was digitally signed and did not match with the format. When I reported in NIT Jamshedpur, the officer was aware what format of the certificate was issued in Jharkhand so he verified it without nuisance. I hope it helps.
