If you want to fill the form and appear in cap counseling visit the below link:

http://cetcell.mahacet.org/

Caste validity is the necessary part. Until and unless you fulfill the requirement your admission procedure will discontinue. If you are from SC category you mus upload your caste certificate which have the validitity of approval.
