Hi, 

According to your score you do have a fair chance of getting a government college under the tamil nadu state quota. 

As per last years cutoff some colleges where do have a chance are:

PSG Institute of Medical Sciences Govt. Quota-256

Madurai Medical College, Madurai-326

Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur-297

Since it is based on last years trends nothing can be said with absolute certainity as cutoffs tends to vary every year.
