I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

Yes you are having opportunity to get into NITS in IT group  as reservation quota is an added advantage. But it depends on the year cutoff as well.
