As the ranks aren't out yet so first you need to calculate your rank by the help of our jee main rank predictor but the rank may differe as they depends upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends. But by calculating your rank you can compare it with last years cut off for IIIT bhadoi. In 2016 the closing rank for OBC in round 1 was 11980 while in round 2 it was 13358 and in round 3 it was 15038 and finally in round 4 it was around 16422. I am afraid that 108 marks you wouldn't be able to get seat in the institution but as you're from OBC it may boost your rank a little bit. I am giving you the link for the rank predictor.
