hello shruti,
not sure but there would be a chance as govt has started reservation for female candidates from this year. so my suggestion for you to use your female and home state quota along with single girl child.
kindly fill all Delhi college (cse branch) on jossa counselling choice filling also don't forget to fill all colleges with priorities so that chances of getting good govt college would be more.
you may go for other software branches also eg. IT, mathematics and computing.these are also good branches with high placement statistics.
