Considering that you belong to general category, the minimal marks to qualify NEET 2019 was 134 and in NEET 2020 high cutoff is expected due to easy paper, and to get any medical or BDS college you must first qualify the exam as well as clear cutoff of the college you want to take admission, but as per the details shared by you there is very narrow chances that you even qualify the exams, so my suggestion is that, if you have time, prepare for NEET 2021. with your 1 year hard work you can get MBBS seat  easily and if you don't have time than there are many other options available.
