Hii !!
You can get Coimbatore Medical College if and only if you belong to SC or ST category.
Most of the tamilnadu medicak college have cutoff which suits you if you belong to sc or st category. I have listed some below:

Government Medical College,Tirunelveli
Government Vellore Medical College, Vellore
Thanjavur Medical College, Thanjavur
Madurai Medical College, Madurai
Goverment Medical College ESI and Hospital, Coimbatore

For sc category you need score above 450 atleast to gain seat in medical or dental colleges. You can better try for private college or else drop out a year
