I hope you belong to West Bengal and even your parents do. If yes then you can apply for the state domicile, you'll get the certificate in a week or so. There are few criterias to fullfil, if you fullfil those criterias then you'll easily get the domicile.

Without the domicile, I'm sorry you can't apply for state quota. Even if you get through the initial selection stages but during the counseling they'll ask for your domicile and if you don't provide it, you'll be disqualified. Without the domicile you can only apply for All India Quota seats.
