May be yes..  U should approach the admission department of Manipal University..  They will definitely help you

It's very good that you are approaching and researching for colleges. Look you can get admission in Manipal, however you might need to go through management quota and for this they will charge you a bit more than their actual fees.
If you want to consider different options, you can approach colleges such as VIT, KIIT  and SRM. These colleges are of similar level in terms of ranking and education. However Placement of VIT is a bit better. But you can get decent company from these colleges.

The decision is always yours, so keep searching and keep asking question before you join any college.

I am sorry to say that you cannot get Mechanical Engineering branch in main campus of Manipal with 84 out of 200 marks in Manipal exam which is very less.
