I am selected in jee mains 2019 for advance .I got it 64.08 percentile and sc category .can I get nit college .

Hii Ayush.Your percentile is low.
As per the previous year cutoffs and keeping in mind that you belong from SC category you have no chance of getting any NIT or IIIT.
You can apply for state government colleges.
You should score good in advanced to get IIT or else you should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations.
