hi,

see as long as your supplementary exam has cleared and you got the pass marks certificate, you will face no issue regarding any placement interview or higher study options, however just make sure you do not get any backlog in sixth semester or 7th or 8th, since in many interview for final year candidates upto six semester results is checked.
