Yes, there are assertion reason questions in NEET UG exams. You don't get a different section as such but, there are 3-4 assertion reason questions in between. NEET UG 2020 will also have some assertion reason questions as the pattern has not been changed. So, you need to prepare for for them as well. Hope this helps.
