Well any college offering a PGD course is definitely a good choice, the reason behind this is that it will be well concentrated and concerned about the course related to that subject.
But when you do an MBA, the first year is usually common to you. And in the first year itself you get a perspective of all the streams and subjects. This helps to take a well informed and precise decision.

I would suggest you to take up MBA as it has got benefits.
And career choice is the most difficult decision to make, so a detailed research by yourself is a good way to start.
