The eligibility criteria for NEET UG entrance exam states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB and english subject combinations as an aggregate from a recognised board of education.
Although you haven't mentioned the name of the subjects you failed in and then passed next year, let me tell you that it doesn't matter if you pass in the subjects, even in second attempt. Just add and calculate the percentage you get in PCB and English. If it reaches 50%, you are eligible to apply for the exam.
