Jammu and Kshmir doesn't participate in All India Counselling. So if you hold the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir, then you cannot take admission in any other Medical/Dental College except for Jammu and Kashmir. But if you want to, then you have to submit an undertaking called self declaration form stating that you do not hold the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir and so you are eligible for participating in All India Counselling.
