In your case, what mostly you'll have to do is that, there will be a point for each grades in your 10th certificate. The points will be given by DTE. So, if the ask for marks, you'll have to give those points, mostly these points will be out of 10. This is I have found in similar cases. And, for the second problem, you'll be required to produce marks of 2nd year, if they're asking for 12th marks.
