To be eligible to take the JEE Mains exam you must have passed class XII or qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018. The candidates appearing in class XII or equivalent qualifying exam in 2019 are also eligible in 2019. Those who have passed class XII examination/ equivalent in 2016 or before wont be eligible.
The maximum number of attempts you have is 3 including the one you take in 2019.

You can appear for JEE main exam for consecutive three years (the year you are giving +2 exam, the consecutive 2 years ) as per rules till date .
As Since you will be passing 12th in 2019, you can appear for Jee Main for the years given below:
