Hello Nasiruddin,
You have many careers to choose from . It completely depends on your interests ,hence first explore and find out which among these subjects excites you the most.
In general for these subjects you can take up courses on  microbiology, environmental studies, biotechnology , food, nutrition and dietetics etc. If you are better in georgraphy then go for geology or earth science courses. It is difficult to list out the pros and cons of each and every possible course under these subjects hence kindly research and browse very well about these areas. Look at the skills and aptitude required to do them match it with what you have . Also choose according to you financial status and future career prospects. Like some courses may land you in a job immediately after  completion while others make take a while. Moreover , if you wish to join civil services then choose a subject according to that. Take a well informed decision.
All the best
