Hey Gopi,
As you are a diploma final year student firstly your all previous semester should be cleared  without any backlog in any subject. In the 5th semester,
You need to appear for seven subjects to get into the final semester. You need to clear all these papers. Your seven subject comprises of Thermal engineering, Design of machine elements, Manufacturing engineering, Industrial design,Cost estimating and Contracting, elective subject and in the last you have to submit one Project ,then only you will make into the final semester.
In final semester i.e. sixth semester you need to appear in four subject And one project at the end of the semester.
